Michael Reardon is a guitarist from the Bloomington Indiana area who focuses mainly on performing, teaching, composing and arranging. Michael has been playing music since the age of 8 and is currently studying with Ernesto Bitetti and Dave Stryker and teaching as an Associate Instructor at the Indiana Jacobs School of Music.

Michael has played with many different ensembles and groups throughout his music career including orchestras (on violin), jazz big bands and combos, local bands and solo guitar. Places he has played include: Auer Hall (IU), Bliss Hall (YSU), Williams Hall (NEC), Marry Emery Hall (UC), Knoxville University, Stambaugh Auditorium, DeYor Performing Arts Center, House of Blues in Cleveland, Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh, The Chatterbox (Indianapolis), Bangkok Jazz Restaurant, Buskirk-Chumley Theater (Bloomington), Rex Theater in Pittsburgh and many more.

As a jazz musician and improvisor Michael has also played with or shared the stage with many talented musicians in the jazz and pop realm such as Rick Ward and Billy Beck from the Ohio Players, Teddy Pantelas, Jeff Hamilton, Tamir Hendelman, Michael Spiro, Wayne Wallace, Rachel Caswell and has opened for nationally acclaimed artists such as Rik Emmett.
